Katie, a fellow QCS teacher wrote a blog about a phenomenon happening in the developing world known as SWEDOW. It stands for "stuff we don't want," and has to do with wealthier countries sending their stuff to a developing country. Great in theory, but can do a lot of harm and send useless junk to just become trash in another country. Katie did a great job on her blog and I wanted to share it here as well.
